“What a charming stay! A modern and spacious cottage in arguably the most picturesque part of Langebaan. Everything you need is easily accessible, even within walking distance. A rooftop deck will give you the most beautiful views of the lagoon and surrounding areas. Juanita is a wonderful host, and fully available. I highly recommend staying here, you really can't go wrong!”

“Lovely spacious and stylish space. Well equipped kitchen. Really loved the large outside patio space with barbecue pit and overlooking the small vlei area. Appreciated the feeling of being in nature and not boxed in by other houses. Lovely view of the sunset and full moon rising. Really enjoyed our stay and a short walk down to the lagoon and beach area.”
“My first words...WOW, with arrival Juanita greeted us with such warmth like we are family. The accommodation was awesome all that you will need is there. She is there if you need anything even directions if you get lost...lol. We even received a bottle bubbles for our honeymoon, thank you Juanita for this personal touch we appreciate it. I will recommend any one to go and stay at Waters Edge #Juanita. You won’t find any accommodation so close to the beach and so close to shops and pubs it is amazing to stay there. “Juanita and Marc are the perfect hosts to their bnb. They were there all the time but not there. Both charming and helpful with the personal touch. Their accommodation is just perfect with very thought through decor and pleasing colours. We will be back and will most certainly recommend them.. The location could not have been more perfect..walking distance about 20 metres to the long stretch of beach and the restaurants.. Will most definitely be back..”

“When we first stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Marc is the most thoughtful and gracious host one could have. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The beds are comfortable, bathrooms and terrace are excellent. Location is incredible. Marc had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. We will always recommend and definitely be back! Thanks Marc!”
“I can honestly say that there is not much Juanita and her family could do to make Water's Edge more appealing. It's a wonderful spot that offers a moment of quietness in an otherwise busy life. Juanita is a lovely host who has incorporated many personal touches into the accommodation. What a pleasure to find a coffee plunger and coffee - and so much more. Beginning and ending a day on the lagoon was such a privilege. Do not hesitate to book this venue if you are in Langebaan - you will not be disappointed.”

In a quiet section of Langebaan, yet still within walking distance of the lagoon, restaurants and shops (we walked), this modern apartment is spacious, with good quality linen, furnishing and well equipped! “Perfect place for us kitesurfing with two little children. It’s directly at the beach, only 1 minute walk to the launching zone. Child friendly (quiet, not too windy, neat lawn and no dangerous “corners” around the appartement), very individually furnished, the best equipped kitchen we‘ve had in an Airbnb appartement!, the bedding is 5-star hotel like, totally luxurious, and Juanita is the perfect host! We‘ll definitely recommend the place and will come back when we‘re in Langebaan!”
